They help us to remove the risk of serious failures and ensures your system is always working at its optimum, reducing the cost and frequency of callouts you may otherwise require and that makes economic sense.
On the basis that you’ve received regular healthchecks on your computer systems, we lower the cost of our hourly labour rates and remove any callout charges. Included as part of this package is a four hour response time, remote web, email and telephone support from our expert staff covering both hardware and software issues.
