Tailored for business users who understand their IT systems and software needing only support for replacing and maintaining the equipment where they pay only for the parts used and no labour charges with four hour response times.
Block Hour Support
Pre-paid labour purchased in hourly blocks at a discounted rate allows you to include for IT management in your budget without unexpected charges. This service includes a four hour response time, remote web, email and telephone support.
Full Support Service
This service covers everything. With regular healthchecks and a two hour response time, remote web, email and telephone support, we ensure that you have IT support whenever you need it without the need to employ your own full time IT Engineer.
Business Partnership Support
For the business that has in-house support, but need additional expert input from time to time or holiday cover, our partnership agreements perfectly complement their team.
