  1. I cannot connect to the internet but it was working yesterday!

There are times when you may not have any issues with your computer systems locally but in fact have an issue with your prvider. If you cannot access the internet, first of all contact your Internet Service Provider and make sure that they are not experiencing any problems that affect your connection. They should also take you through some basic troubleshooting routines to help diagnose the problem if they determine that the issue is with your computer. If you cannot reach a resolution, get in contact with your Dragon Expert.

  2. My system is running really, really slowly :(

Most systems perform various background diagnostics while you're using them. Included in these background routines are virus scans and file indexing. These processes do not have to run whilst you're using the computer and can usually be paused or halted by right clicking on the program on your task bar (usually bottom right of your screen) and selecting 'Pause' or 'Stop'. You can always run them later if required. If it appears that there's nothing going on bu your system is still slow, please contact your Dragon Expert who can give your system a Healthcheck and cleanup which may improve the speed.
